Physiotherapy Services
All physiotherapy sessions are conducted in-home by a Registered Physiotherapist.
Travel Policy: For every home visit, there is an additional charge of $25 for every additional 15km from the provider's commute site beyond a base of 15km.
Initial Physiotherapy Assessment & Treatment
A comprehensive, one-on-one clinical evaluation designed to identify the root cause of your symptoms. This session includes a thorough medical history review, detailed objective physical testing (including range of motion, strength, neurological, and functional movement screens), a personalized diagnostic explanation, and a collaborative recovery plan. Your first targeted treatment session and an individualized home exercise program are included to safely kickstart your rehabilitation.

Physiotherapy Follow-up & Treatment (Extended)
Extended subsequent session ideal for complex issues, multi-injury tracking, or advanced exercise progression.

Comprehensive Ergonomics Assessment
An in-depth, on-site physical evaluation of your workplace or home office configuration conducted by a specialized clinician. This assessment analyzes your biomechanical alignment, desk/chair/monitor positioning, and repetitive movement patterns to actively mitigate musculoskeletal strain, reduce chronic discomfort, and prevent repetitive strain injuries. You will receive immediate behavioral coaching and tailored adjustments to optimize your daily workflow health.

Home Safety Assessment for Seniors
A specialized, in-home clinical evaluation tailored for older adults to support independent living and maximize environmental safety. This comprehensive assessment systematically analyzes fall risks, architectural hazards, and structural barriers while evaluating functional mobility, transfers, and balance within the living space. Includes immediate safety recommendations and a finalized, comprehensive written clinical report outlining findings and adaptive equipment modifications for families, caregivers, or powers of attorney (POA).

What to know
Insurance & Direct Billing
Direct billing is currently available for most extended health benefit plans. We issue comprehensive clinical receipts immediately upon payment for submission to your provider.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is strictly reserved for your care. We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or modifications.
- Late Cancellations — within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee
- No-Shows — missed appointments without notice are billed at 100% of the session rate
